Trama Que celui ou celle qui n’a jamais fait tomber son smartphone lève la main. Voilà. C’est bien ce qu’on pensait. Qu’il nous glisse entre les doigts, s’échappe d’une poche ou soit victime du coup de patte d’un félin rageur : un smartphone perdra au cours de sa vie de trop nombreuses fois ses batailles contre la pesanteur terrestre. Or qui dit chute, dit parfois casse. Et en cas de casse, seul 1 français sur 3 a le réflexe de penser à faire réparer son smartphone. C’est trop peu quand on sait que prolonger la durée de vie d’un smartphone d’un an permettrait de réduire son empreinte carbone de 30%. C’est pourquoi, Bouygues Telecom s’engage et propose à ses clients des solutions destinées à faire durer leur mobile plus longtemps. Baptisé Solutions smartphone durable, ce programme s’articule autour de 4 propositions : le recyclage et la reprise d’anciens mobiles, la vente de mobiles reconditionnés. Et la réparation de smartphones, en permettant à ses abonnés de faire réparer leur smartphone à moindre coût, jusqu’à 2 fois par an. Réparer plutôt que remplacer, c’est le changement de comportement que Bouygues Telecom veut opérer auprès du grand public. Il ne manquait plus que la campagne, conçue par son agence BETC. Un jeune couple se rencontre en cherchant à rattraper un smartphone en train de tomber. C’est le coup de foudre : nous suivons alors leurs moments de vie, les grands comme les petits, toujours à travers le prisme d’un smartphone qui tombe inexorablement dans un slow-motion hypnotique, au gré de leurs maladresses et au rythme de l’immense tube d’Alicia Keys « Fallin’ ».
Filosofia Réparer plutôt que remplacer, c’est le changement de comportement que Bouygues Telecom veut opérer auprès du grand public.

The film is shot by Oscar Faura known for his work in The Impossible, The Imitation Game, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom as well as a number of successfull commercials. Famous Tears For Fears song, Mad World was covered by Pedro Macedo Camacho fort he commercial, with Tina Guo’s vocals. Ford Turkey’s campaign that presents its vision for the future along with its new creative world is the start of a new journey for Ford filled with future technologies, new customer experiences, mobility and sustainable cities.
