Biography

Hello, I'm María Constanza Santacruz Gaitan, but I prefer to be called "Connie." I hold a degree in Marketing and Advertising and have a specialization in creative writing.

I started in this field 9 years ago and have worked in various advertising agencies, developing concepts, campaigns, and ideas for national and international brands.

Currently, I am an Associate Creative Director at DDB Colombia, working on the McDelivery LATAM account for McDonald’s Colombia.

With my team, we have been recognized at advertising festivals such as Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, LIA London International Awards, The One Show, D&AD, Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Dorado, Effie LATAM, and Effie Colombia.

I was part of the See it be it latam 2023 program, served as a jury member at the Ojo de Iberoamérica, and was a finalist for Ojo Mujeres
