Filosofia | Today, January 22, Frost Bank, a top 50 U.S. bank, launched its new and modern marketing campaign that remains true to the bank’s timeless values, and is designed to reflect the unique experience Frost provides to customers every day. What you need to know: · Vibrant and active, Frost’s new brand look has an energy and life to it, just like the people who are at the heart of who Frost is. Frost finds the balance between being rooted in history and looking forward – so they’ve created a timeless look. · To pair with the fresh look, Frost’s new campaign tagline – Exactly What You Unexpected – is rooted in how the bank does things differently from the rest of the industry. On any given day, they’re going above and beyond for customers and are Exactly What You Unexpected from a bank. · Titled "Unexpectedly True Stories," the campaign features a series of films illustrating real-life scenarios where Frost's customer care went above and beyond; acts of kindness and generosity so unexpected, they almost don’t seem real. All delivered with a delightful mix of humor and heart. · Frost has always been different from other banks, driven by its commitment to making people’s lives better which is reflected through the products and services they offer. · In the spirit of the brand’s tagline and approach, the campaign stories are not only unexpected, but they are also told in an unprecedented way. While countless brands have used testimonials in their marketing and many have broken the fourth wall, the creative team used people who are behind the scenes in the ad to interrupt the spot and discuss how unbelievable the stories are. · The films were developed by an all-female agency team at McGarrah Jessee and a female-owned production company. |
