Trama Psychologists say that the best way to change someone’s behavior is by either giving them some form of punishment or a reward. We chose the latter. And so we installed a system that offers free Wi-Fi in Fiat taxicabs. But with one slight catch: the Wi-Fi only worked if the passengers had their seatbelt buckled up. The communication inside those taxicabs explained how the system worked and also the importance of wearing seatbelts in the back seat.
The Case study titled Safety Wi Fi was done by Leo Burnett Tailor Made Sao Paulo advertising agency for brand: Fiat in Brazil. It was released in the May 2015.
