Trama | The campaign is done to promote online news by using a social cause. Getting people to buy lesser newspaper which have an effect on the environment. The idea was to collect old newspaper and wrapping them to look like tree logs. They were placed at parks where trees were once stood. This is to demonstrate reading paper newspaper can harm more to the environment, is better to read news online. |
Filosofia | We derived from the idea when you gather and bound lots of newspaper together, they will look like trees logs. This is to mimic people thinking these bound newspapers look like cut trees. |
Problema | The news portal is getting an all time low on clicks and traffic. We want to get more people to use alternative news sources targeting on newspaper audiences. |
Risultato | At least 30% more traffic on the online news site when the campaign was launched. |
