"Mona Opran is COO of Centrade | Cheil, a regional communication hub for South-East Europe, with the headquarter in Bucharest and local offices in Belgrade, Zagreb and Budapest.

Mona started her carrier in communication and business management 20 years ago, pioneering the communication field in Romania. Since then, she gathered a wide knowledge of the advertising industry, both as a client and as an agency person.

Between 2013 and 2016, as COO of Centrade Saatchi & Saatchi, Mona coordinated agency’s operations through two major changes: from Centrade Saatchi & Saatchi to Centrade (ending the affiliation to Saatchi), continuing as an independent communication agency and further, starting an affiliation with Cheil Worldwide as Centrade | Cheil, a regional hub for South-East Europe. This period was also marked by a business model change, new organizational culture and a new way of approaching communication, all this ensuring that the business is sound and growing, clients and colleagues happy.

Today, Centrade | Cheil is focusing on delivering the best interaction moment between brand and audience basing its content on data and insights.

Mona is also a board member of UAPR (Romanian Association of Advertising Agencies), PWN (Professional Women’s Network) and Casa Ioana (local NGO)."
