At the start of the month, our in-house director of photography, Peter Ford, travelled to Frogmary green farm in Somerset to give a presentation to children who were competing in the RSPCA Assured Junior Compassionate Cook video competition.
The national competition is annually run for six to twelve year olds and aims to teach children the connection between good welfare and good food. Entrants are required to film themselves making a recipe using RSPCA Assured ingredients. The winning prizes include a £300 Hamleys hamper, Junior Compassionate Cook aprons, and a range of children’s cookware for their school.
Pete gave a presentation to the children to teach them tips and tricks for filming and to develop their videoing and editing skills ahead of the competition.
The success of our television commercial production for RSPCA Assured helped maintain our relationship with the charity, where in turn they asked us to assist in the competition and give valuable advice and knowledge to the junior entrants.
