Hervé founded Maydream in 1999 and launched Adforum.com as a Global Information and Resource Site for the Advertising Industry and have led it to be one of the world's most visited advertising website, the place to screen winning campaigns and the top destination for agency selection information. In 2013, Maydream acquired Epica, a leading european creative award and expanded it internationally. He is also the initiator of ACT Responsible (Advertising Community Together) a non profit initiative whose aim is to show the positive role of advertising in today's world social and environmental issues. Hervé has spent 15 years in the advertising industry: lately in the Havas Group, where he was member of the strategic committee and served as international director of Havas Intermediation, an advertising & media services company, CEO of IP France, the leading media sales house, President, CEO of Benton & Bowles France, now integrated in Leo Burnett (During his tenure the agency won the first ever French Grand Prix in Cannes) and Managing Director of Synapse, a consumer research company. Hervé has also 10 years experience as an advertiser: COO of Lesieur, French competitor of Procter & Gamble and Unilever. He started his career as Brand Manager at Colgate-Palmolive. In parallel, Herve has built HSM, a group of companies serving the marketing industry: Measina, a european marketing executive search firm, Marketing Mix, a trade magazine, Videotheque (now VT Scan) an agency search consultancy. Hervé, French, graduated from ISC in Paris and Harvard Business School, Boston. He is a former Vice President and a member of the world board of the IAA - International Advertising Association and a French Foreign Trade Counselor. He is married to Christine, who is also his business partner; they are based in Switzerland, but spend most of their time world-commuting. They have two happily married daughters and six marvelous grandchildren.

Following a career as a touring musician, Hannah has spent the last 7 years working in the industry both agency side and as a pitch consultant. As Pitch Director at Oystercatchers she has worked alongside clients including Weetabix, BBC, T K Maxx, The Dalmore and Paddy Power, helping create lasting relationships between brands and their creative partners. Now in her fourth year as part of the Marketing and New Business team at Engine, currently Head of New Business - managing a team running pitches, encouraging cross hub collaboration, planning and executing events and business development activities. Hannah is also working alongside the Adforum & From Good to Great teams to plan and organise the 2019 Adforum London Summit.

Online or offline; digital or analogue; programmatic or carefully-crafted film; advertising is still a people business. Carol is Managing Director at AdForum in NYC, with a US and global remit. Falling into the advertising industry by accident after university, she has found herself working with brands and agencies around the world for the last 25 years and loving every minute of it. A founder member of advertising intelligence company Xtreme Information in London in the late 1990s, she held executive positions with the business in the UK, Germany, Australia and the US. She joined AdForum just under a year ago at the end of 2018. 'AdForum is respected around the world in the marketing communications community. I am honored and excited to be part of the team. There are many opportunities ahead of us and my own experience and skills will help bring those to fruition.'

Philippe Paget, has thirty years of experience in the marketing, communication, media, internet and technology industries. Pioneer of the online advertising industry, he founded Real Media one of the leading online rep companies in 97. He left after the merger with 24/7 Media in 2002, and then co-founded Mistral Partners, a consulting agency based in Geneva where he intervened as an operational consultant for startup projects. Back in Paris since 2006, he resumed his seat as chairman of Présence d'Esprits, and invested in a new venture, Weetiz.com, specialized in web conferencing and online events. Weetiz.com was merged with AdForum in 2009 and Philippe was named CEO worldwide. He revamped completely AdForum, shifting its business model from an Agency directory and a Creative archive into a new platform offering extended services to the advertising community. In 2011, Maydream purchased the Epica Awards, on of the top 5 international creative awards with a unique Jury of more than 400 trade journalists. In 2018, he launched the AdForum Talent, a community of more than 100 000 creative around the world and in 2019, during the pandemic he created the AdForum PHNX awards in order to support creativity. PHNX is now in its 3d years and gathers the largest and most diverse jury in the whole industry, celebrating creativity and innovation around the world. Philippe holds a business degree from the European Business School (Paris, Barcelona, and Frankfurt). He shares his time between New York and Paris.
