Universal Orlando Resort appoints Lucky Generals as agency partner

Lucky Generals has been appointed as the agency partner of Universal Orlando Resort, including a specific brief to work on the launch of Epic Universe.  

The agency picked up the business following a pitch against two other US agencies.

Led out of the agency’s New York office, the long-term partnership will see Lucky Generals tasked with driving excitement and intrigue around Universal Orlando Resort’s full destination, continuing to position them as the must-visit vacation destination for domestic and international visitors, as well as theme-park lovers.  

Universal Orlando Resort is currently home to three of the US’ leading theme parks: Universal Studios Florida; Universal Islands of Adventure; and Universal Volcano Bay Water Theme Park, housing some of the world’s most exciting and innovative theme park experiences plus eight resort hotels.  

Universal Orlando will also soon launch Epic Universe; its newest, most immersive theme park experience in almost a quarter of a century.
