| Trama | In Sri Lanka, flowers are offered at temple altars to represent the fragility of life. Naturally, the flowers don’t last long. But Petal Paint offered a solution. The paint was made by extracting the pigment contained in flower offerings. It was then used to restore temple art, giving flowers a new purpose beyond a single offering and allowing them to live forever on temple walls. Petal Paint was made by extracting the pigment contained at flower offerings in Sri Lankan temples. The paint was then used to restore temple art, giving flowers that normally wither a sort of immortality. |
