Because for the past 150 years, Heinz has proudly repped their trademark number 57 on their bottles.This was Heinz’s moment, but one thing stood in the way: Roman Numerals. The NFL insists on calling it “Super Bowl LVII”, even though no one understands what LVII means. As the brand that owns 57, it was our duty to tell the world that LVII means 57, and 57 means Heinz.We launched “LVII Meanz 57” - Heinz’ unofficial Super Bowl campaign to rally Americans against Roman Numerals and make Super Bowl LVII Heinz’s Super Bowl.
