Muhammad Bahir (Mo)

Muhammad Bahir (Mo) produces content for the big screen, small screen, and more than anything, the tiny screens.

His first feature film, Zahir Omar’s Fly By Night premiered to a rave review at the Busan International Film Festival in 2018, and subsequently Motif directed by award winning director Nadiah Hamzah was hailed as “the one to watch” by The Hollywood Reporter.

Mo is in a unique position where he is also actively producing advertising content. He has executive produced some of the region’s most memorable commercials, such as Nadiah Hamzah’s Axiata Project Eid which featured a young girl with a pet drone and Zahir Omar’s Sambal ABC Pedasuransi that surpassed 30 million views in one month.

He is an alumni of the Berlinale Talents, part of the prestigious Berlin Film Festival and is a member of EAVE (European Audiovisual Producers Network).
