Richard is highly enthusiastic about creativity. His first international award started from Cannes Press Lions, afterward his works became more diversified – cross Film, Interactive, Direct& Promo, Branded content & Entertainment field etc.
Under his leadership, he has brought his agency to win the Agency of the Year for 8 consecutive years (2008-2015, Bates and ADK) in Greater China or Taiwan at several famous creative rankings such as The Gunn Report, Campaign Brief Asia and Campaign Asia-Pacific etc.. ADK TAIWAN has also been named as the Agency of the Year by 2015 One Show Greater China Awards.
Recently, his latest work – House of Little Moments campaign achieved Gold Lions (Entertainment Lions) and Silver Lions (Media Lions) at Cannes Lions 2016 and a Grand Prix (Branded Content & Entertainment) at Spikes Asia 2015 as well. He has won 16 ADFEST Lotus awards, 3 Grand Prix of LongXi Creative Awards and numerous awards including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, AD STARS, AWARD, LIA, NYF, Effie, AME, Mobius etc.
