Trama	• American Girl will also debut the national TV spot entitled “The Gift” which also celebrates giving the gift of friendship, but from a deeper, more emotional level. In the spot, a girl receives an American Girl doll as a gift from her elderly neighbor and to show her gratitude, she brings over her friends to the neighbor’s house stating “Since you brought me a new friend, I brought you some new friends too.” The tear-jerker spot ends with the tagline “Together we make the holidays.”
