- Rosetta promoted Alexander Mahernia to chief creative officer, North America. He will report to Lars Bastholm, Global Chief Creative Officer and will also sit on Rosetta’s Operating Committee. Previously, Mahernia served as chief creative officer and co-founder of LEVEL Studios, a marketing and product development agency that Rosetta acquired in 2010. After the acquisition, he became managing partner, executive creative director. In the last six months alone, the agency has hired global chief creative officer Lars Bastholm; chief strategy officer Scott Sorokin; chief technology officer Joe Lozito; managing partner, program management office Jeff Thaler; and partner, head of marketing Gary Schechner.
- Havas Discovery named Michael Foschetti as managing director to head its Baltimore office, focusing on growing its digitalCRM capability and continuing to develop the agency’s mobile capability. Most recently, Foschetti was senior vice president of Moxie in New York.
- Bruce Henderson was named chief creative officer, North America. Eric Pakurar was named chief strategy officer, North America. Hugh Boyle was named chief digital officer, global and North America. David Coppock was tapped as chief data and analytics officer, North America, Kevin Shelhamer was named managing director, Chicago.
- Sparks & Honey tapped Dana Wade as chief client officer. In this newly created role, Wade will oversee client relations and lead the continued development of the sparks & honey open agency model. She will report to Terry Young, founder and CEO of sparks & honey. Wade joined the agency from Spencer Stuart, where she served as a digital leadership consultant.
