Fraser Gibney has been appointed as chief executive of FCB Inferno.

Organic elevated Tracy Richards to chief marketing officer, a new position, and part of a restructure of Organic's business development efforts. She will report to David Shulman, CEO of the agency. Shulman has tapped Richards to identify expanded new business opportunities and grow relationships with existing clients. Richards ha worked at the agency for more than 13 years, most recently serving as group director, global business development.
