Alongside the management team, led by Matthieu Elkaim and Emmanuel Ferry, presidents of Ogilvy Paris, Delphine Mazeau will accompany in the agency's development in France and internationally.

In this role, she will be responsible for press relations, public relations, internal communications, e-reputation, and the management of French and international creative awards for Ogilvy Paris. She will be supported by Kim Ball, International Press Relations, and Charline Lesieur, Internal & External French Communications.

After spending 7 years at Rapp (DDB Group) as head of communications, Delphine Mazeau joined the agency Les Gaulois (Havas Group) in November 2013 to take charge of communications. She then spent 6 years at French agency, WNP (What’s Next Partners), as Communications Director before joining Ogilvy Paris.

Said Delphine Mazeau, "I'm really excited to join Ogilvy Paris, the French agency of the most creative communication group in the world. I will be championing a multidisciplinary agency (Advertising, Experience, PR/Influence, and Social) with talent from a wide range of backgrounds. It is this diversity and the richness of the offer that convinced me to invest myself in this new challenge. It was also important for me to join an agency whose values I share and who advocates open-mindedness. This is the case at Ogilvy, where employees are encouraged to commit to an ever-greater diversity, equality, and inclusion.”

Matthieu Elkaim and Emmanuel Ferry added: "As our businesses and structures are constantly evolving, so must our communication. We are convinced that Delphine will be able to breathe new life into the image of our agency, which is becoming increasingly diverse. Diverse in its talents, its professions, its expertise, its campaigns, its clients, and its initiatives.”
